Description

  • Develop n8n workflows and administer monday.com, including API-based automations.
  • Connect and maintain integrations with OpenAI/AI agents, Gmail/Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Online.
  • Write JavaScript and/or Python to support automation and integration needs.
  • Manage databases, webhooks, authentication, error logging, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage outside developers and coordinate project execution.
  • Document procedures, test workflows, and train internal users.
  • Continuously improve and optimize operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and database authentication.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python.
  • Ability to handle error logging, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing outside developers and running technology projects.
  • Ability to document procedures, test workflows, and train internal users.
  • Must be available part-time from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST.
  • Must work US hours for 20 hours per week.
  • Required tools: n8n and monday.com.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
