Description

  • Design, develop, and update e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning materials for new hire and ongoing training programs.
  • Refresh existing training content to keep it aligned with current tools, workflows, and business standards.
  • Collaborate with trainers, QA, operations SMEs, and program leads to define learning objectives and translate workflows into instructional materials.
  • Develop graded simulations and scenario-based exercises that assess readiness and skill mastery.
  • Maintain version control of learning assets and ensure timely rollout of curriculum updates.
  • Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM to build learner-centric, competency-based modules.
  • Partner with LMS and L&D teams to upload, test, and monitor learning materials within the platform.
  • Track learner feedback and performance data to refine course design and improve knowledge retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation.
  • Strong background in corporate learning, adult education, or process-based training.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Rise, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design interactive and visual learning experiences for remote learners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version management.
  • Experience designing simulation-based or system-training modules is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS administration, SCORM/xAPI standards, and learner analytics is preferred.
  • Understanding of Wing’s service lines, including assistants, marketing, and operations, is preferred.
  • Certification or coursework in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or Education is preferred.

Benefits

  • Compensation of PHP 45,000–55,000 per month.
