Description

  • Identify and recruit micro and nano influencers aligned with Wing’s employer brand, tone, and candidate demographics.
  • Source and brief creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to produce authentic, high-performing recruitment content.
  • Manage the end-to-end creator partnership cycle, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and distribute creative briefs and content guidelines to ensure brand consistency and recruitment relevance.
  • Coordinate content deliverables and review materials for compliance, quality, and message accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Talent Marketing and Employer Branding teams to align creator campaigns with ongoing recruitment initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, and applicant quality) to measure ROI and optimize future collaborations.
  • Maintain an organized creator database tracking contract terms, deliverables, and performance outcomes.
  • Negotiate compensation structures and partnership terms based on reach, niche relevance, and campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or talent partnerships, preferably within recruitment or brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video ecosystems (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience drafting partnership briefs, contracts, and providing content review feedback.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and campaign ROI.
  • Preferred: experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or HR tech.
  • Preferred: familiarity with influencer discovery tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Collabstr, Modash, Grin).
  • Preferred: knowledge of performance-based influencer compensation models and a creative eye for storytelling and audience targeting.

Benefits

  • Compensation: PHP 40,000–60,000 per month (range based on experience and performance).
