Description

  • Own the customer journey from contract signing through implementation, launch, and ongoing success.
  • Configure workflows, call forwarding, and integrations to launch new customers.
  • Build and improve AI agent behaviors, including prompts and escalation logic.
  • Implement new workflows as the product evolves.
  • Configure and troubleshoot integrations with systems such as athenahealth and Brightree, including authentication.
  • Conduct onboarding calls and regular customer check-ins.
  • Investigate issues, resolve them when possible, and triage engineering problems with detailed context.
  • Identify churn risks and account expansion opportunities.
  • Document recurring issues and create support playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, or technical account management at a B2B software company.
  • Experience independently managing a customer or implementation portfolio.
  • Hands-on experience configuring customer software, such as CRMs or workflow automation tools.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with telephony, healthcare software, APIs, or integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Willingness to consistently work US business hours.
  • Experience in front-office or healthcare operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Linear/Jira, Stripe, Slack, AI agents, or AI-powered workflows is preferred.
