Description

  • Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn through rapid testing and iteration.
  • Launch, pause, and scale campaigns daily based on ROAS and CAC performance.
  • Design and run automated outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo.
  • Scrape lead lists, enrich data, and write personalized outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Produce ad creatives and landing page variants quickly using tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Build and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, and email nurture sequences to increase conversion.
  • Focus on core revenue outcomes such as demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue.
  • Experiment with unconventional marketing ideas, events, and attention-grabbing tactics.
  • Work directly with the founders as the first marketer and own major growth initiatives end to end.

Requirements

  • Proven experience taking a product from negligible revenue to more than $1M ARR.
  • Experience in a hands-on, 0-to-1 marketing or growth role.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and minimal structure.
  • Ability to operate independently and move with urgency and ownership.
  • Strong copywriting ability for both ads and outbound messaging.
  • Comfort using Framer or other web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to handle technical marketing tasks without relying on a developer, such as fixing pixels or setting up Zapier workflows.
  • Experience with modern outbound and growth tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva and Figma for rapid creative production is preferred.
