Description

  • Build B2C lead lists from scratch through data scraping and social media mining targeted to Michigan demographics.
  • Set 10–20 qualified in-person appointments each week for the sales team.
  • Qualify prospects for travel intent, income, and couples’ availability to attend together.
  • Conduct phone, email, and text outreach in compliance with FTC and Do Not Call regulations.
  • Manage CRM, scheduling, outreach, and cold-email subdomains using GoHighLevel, Calendly, and Google Sheets.
  • Develop and document scalable lead-generation processes from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2C lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales development experience.
  • US-facing B2C phone sales experience.
  • Expert knowledge of FTC telemarketing rules, the Do Not Call Registry, and SMS/email opt-in regulations.
  • Ability to independently build lead lists through data scraping and social media mining.
  • Native-level English fluency with a clear, neutral Midwest US accent.
  • Commitment to accurate product representation and protecting company reputation.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Calendly, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Meta platforms.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
