Description

  • Manage Amazon advertising, product listings, sales data, inventory monitoring, and FBA shipments.
  • Pull Amazon inventory data into Pilot accounting software and maintain related records.
  • Enter invoices and prepare month-end support packages for the CPA.
  • Maintain USDA and FDA compliance files.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and customs brokers.
  • Handle cross-entity operational workflows.
  • Build and improve standard operating procedures with leadership.
  • Identify process improvements and eventually manage responsibilities independently.

Requirements

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong English reading, comprehension, and speaking skills.
  • Ability to understand detailed operational, compliance, logistics, and financial instructions.
  • Proactive, high-level operator capable of building and improving SOPs.
  • Strong numerical, reconciliation, and spreadsheet accuracy skills.
  • High attention to detail when managing invoices, inventory, and financial data.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
