Description

  • Own customer inquiries and implementation requests from initial contact through resolution.
  • Build customer relationships, understand business workflows, and improve adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Configure customer accounts, workflows, integrations, automations, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Troubleshoot implementations and determine whether issues require configuration changes, workflow updates, or product enhancements.
  • Create proofs of concept, demos, customer guides, and enablement materials tailored to specific use cases.
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories, specifications, and actionable engineering tasks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature development, prioritization, implementation, and follow-up.
  • Experiment with AI tools, prompt optimization, APIs, webhooks, scripting, and third-party integrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, configurations, commitments, and outstanding items.
  • Identify and support upsell, expansion, and additional product-capability opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, SaaS Implementation, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience with SaaS or technology products, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to own customer issues through investigation, coordination, resolution, and follow-up.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort learning software and technologies independently and working with limited guidance in changing environments.
  • Technical aptitude with APIs, webhooks, integrations, automation tools, scripting, and AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt writing, and prompt optimization.
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM/customer success platforms, no-code or low-code tools, Zapier, product implementation, or requirements gathering is preferred.
