Description

  • Configure AI agents, prompts, and workflows according to customer specifications.
  • Reproduce customer-reported problems, diagnose configuration issues, and test fixes end to end.
  • Communicate customer needs, updates, and resolutions clearly and consistently.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring urgent issues move forward the same day.
  • Maintain account health through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Develop and support customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Enable customers to achieve independent go-live by Day 7.
  • Collaborate with integration engineers on custom API requirements.
  • Document customer interactions and technical configurations for future reference.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of AI agents and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer accounts.
  • Experience in technical support or engineering is preferred; coding is not required.
  • Availability to work during US business hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software, integrations, custom APIs, or a technical field such as engineering or IT is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
