Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts and documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take extra steps to engage customers.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive and confident with keen attention to detail.
  • USB headset with noise-cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
  • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
