Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, calls, messages, and CRM records in English and Mandarin.
  • Prepare and review estimates, product details, pricing, and glass or order information.
  • Send invoices, collect deposits, and follow up with customers.
  • Coordinate customer approvals and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM systems.
  • Work 40 hours per week on a US-based schedule from a remote location.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven customer service experience in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • English and Mandarin communication skills at least at B2 level, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities.
  • Tech savvy, with familiarity using CRM, VoIP, cloud services, and desktop-sharing tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented work style.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
