Description

  • Respond promptly to client emails and portal requests in French or Mandarin and English.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, including urgent and last-minute customer needs.
  • Assist customers with their concerns through empathetic support and timely coordination.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records to support information flow and accessibility.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally through clear bilingual communication.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer accounts through proactive, friendly, solution-oriented interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during every engagement and provide reassurance as needed.
  • Document all interactions and case updates while following internal procedures, guidelines, and data privacy protocols.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French or Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • At least 1 year of proven customer service experience in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Excellent English and French or Mandarin communication skills at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and highly attentive to detail.
  • Amenable to work 40 hours per week on EST/PST shifts.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
