Description

  • Own the end-to-end digital journey across global markets including AU, US, UK, EU, and CA.
  • Lead deployment of global site content, including product launches and seasonal promotional updates.
  • Own the CMS architecture and keep the Shopify environment scalable and synchronized across regions.
  • Partner with Growth and Retention Marketing to build and optimize high-converting landing pages.
  • Lead on-site A/B testing by proposing, building, and analyzing experiments across the customer journey.
  • Establish QA standards and automated workflows to support operational excellence and governance.
  • Design and maintain repeatable workflows and templates that use AI optimizations to reduce campaign launch time.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CVR, AOV, and bounce rate to identify issues and improve campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Brand, and senior stakeholders to align digital execution with business goals.

Requirements

  • Deep expert-level experience with Shopify, with Shopify Plus preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CMS logic and metafields.
  • Professional experience in large, systemised e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or product management.
  • Experience leading a team or workstream before.
  • Deep experience working across global markets at mid-enterprise scale, including multiple currencies and regions, preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable conversion growth through on-site optimization.
  • Strong technical literacy in HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, AI automation, and A/B testing tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and use site health and feasibility data to guide decisions.
  • A zero-defect mindset and strong focus on quality and governance.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving scale-up environment and adapting to new markets and verticals.
