Description

  • Create high-converting VSLs ranging from 3 to 6+ minutes.
  • Edit Facebook and Meta ad creatives for paid social campaigns.
  • Produce direct-response Arabic video ads optimized for engagement and sales.
  • Create AI-powered UGC content for performance marketing.
  • Develop AI-generated B-roll and visual sequences.
  • Deliver scroll-stopping edits designed to improve retention and conversion metrics.
  • Iterate on creative based on feedback and performance goals.
  • Support creative direction across multiple e-commerce brands as the role grows.

Requirements

  • Experience editing DTC e-commerce ads and direct-response advertising creatives.
  • Proven experience with high-performing VSLs, Meta ads, dropshipping creatives, or similar performance content.
  • Strong understanding of retention, hook rate, CTR, and conversion-focused editing.
  • Experience working with health, wellness, beauty, or dropshipping brands is preferred.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to take feedback professionally and improve quickly.
  • Proactive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • AI tool experience for UGC generation, B-roll creation, and creative automation workflows is a big plus.
  • Willingness to share the AI tools and workflows used.
  • Lebanese Arabic speakers are preferred; Egyptian Arabic speakers are welcome, and other Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply.
