Description

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, bookkeeping practices, and audit-ready financial documentation.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules.
  • Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or incorrect postings.
  • Support financial planning and analysis, including financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and budget tracking.
  • Assist with company valuation, pricing models, and fundraising-related financial analysis.
  • Support grant, loan, and non-dilutive financing applications, including pitch deck financial sections and due diligence requests.
  • Coordinate banking activities and financial administration with partners across the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
  • Support tax filing processes and compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare payroll calculations, execute salary transfers, and administer bonuses, commissions, and related compensation processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and medical insurance coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or financial analysis roles.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Expert proficiency in Odoo, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong capability in preparing professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Ability to build financial models, dashboards, and analytical reports using spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Understanding of tax compliance and financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Experience with payroll administration and social insurance systems.
