Description

  • Review advertising account performance and identify meaningful trends and anomalies.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor competitor ads, funnels, angles, and market movements to uncover opportunities.
  • Support campaign optimization by helping determine what is driving results and what needs improvement.
  • Prioritize work and help keep projects moving by removing bottlenecks and coordinating tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and technical teammates on campaign execution.
  • Maintain clear documentation and organized workflows for account updates, tasks, and insights.
  • Ensure key deliverables are completed efficiently and that the team stays aligned on priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 hours of daily overlap with EST business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).
  • Fully remote availability for a global team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in fast-moving environments.
  • Comfort working with performance data and metrics such as spend, CTR, CPL, and campaign performance.
  • Curiosity and willingness to dig deeper into problems and opportunities.
  • Ability to proactively take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with teammates and keep others aligned around priorities.
  • Experience in performance marketing or media buying is implied as a strong fit for the role.
  • Interest in growing into a senior media buying position over time.
