Description

  • Steer programmatic strategy for high-profile client accounts and align automated media buying with broader business and marketing goals.
  • Direct the use of first-party and third-party data strategies to support privacy-centric targeting and identity solutions.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders and translate programmatic complexities into clear business value and growth opportunities.
  • Lead evaluation and onboarding of new programmatic technology partners, including DSPs, SSPs, and DCO platforms.
  • Partner with Search, Social, and SEO leads to support a Total Media approach across digital channels.
  • Identify and pitch proactive growth opportunities to expand client accounts and contribute to organic revenue.
  • Manage and mentor Managers and Associates, overseeing tactical execution and supporting professional development.
  • Interpret complex data to surface strategic trends and recommend improvements to programmatic performance.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of programmatic experience with strategic planning and account leadership in an agency setting.
  • Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSP dynamics, header bidding, clean rooms, and attribution modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency with multiple DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and Walmart Connect.
  • Experience with ad servers such as CM360.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trust with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to industry shifts quickly.
  • Passion for collaboration and talent development within the programmatic craft.
  • U.S. remote work eligibility, with authorization to work in the U.S. and Form I-9 verification via E-Verify.
