Description

  • Edit and review machine-translated Turkish customer service content for accuracy, consistency, and natural language.
  • Evaluate MT output quality and apply severity ratings according to project guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality evaluation.
  • Follow and apply provided style guides, tone rules, and terminology requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report recurring MT quality issues and batch-level trends to the project team.
  • Work independently to complete ad hoc tasks assigned throughout the year according to client needs.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Turkish (Turkey) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in translation, localization, or machine translation post-editing.
  • Familiarity with machine translation quality evaluation and error identification.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in an online/remote environment.
  • Availability to accept intermittent/ad hoc tasks throughout the year as volumes and timing vary.
