Description

  • Own responsibility for a life sciences product/service and related issues, considerations, and outcomes.
  • Act as the bridge between product stakeholders and the development team by translating business needs into product requirements.
  • Build insights into Welocalize use cases and champion a product roadmap that drives business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering teams to integrate systems and deliver effective software solutions.
  • Define clear OKRs to track progress toward software adoption and effectiveness goals.
  • Collaborate with internal operational stakeholders, external clients, and engineering teams to ensure product success.
  • Analyze business requirements, define objectives, and develop technical plans and solution designs.
  • Develop metrics, assess experiment results, interpret findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead product development and launches by prioritizing features, defining requirements, and managing timelines.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, and maintain a formal stakeholder engagement plan to capture product needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech-centric roles within life sciences or a closely related field.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML technologies and localization platforms, including TMS, CAT tools, LQA, MT, and integrations.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering tech projects with high precision and user-centric focus.
  • Experience with clinical trial management systems or patient data handling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and document management is valued.
  • Strong practical knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Background in cloud solutions, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives, stakeholders, and users to define and manage scope, strategy, and requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies and experience facilitating cross-functional planning sessions such as Scrum and Squad.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and administering multi-functional work responsibilities.
  • Ability to build clear, concise presentations and communicate effectively at every level of the organization.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve complex, sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness.
