Description

  • Provide subjective and objective ratings of search results and related content according to project-specific rules and conventions in Simplified Chinese.
  • Complete assigned rating tasks and meet weekly goals while setting your own schedule within the project's hourly limits.
  • Conduct online research and evaluate web content to determine relevance, user intent, and search result quality.
  • Follow project guidelines, conventions, and client instructions when performing evaluations.
  • Use web browsers and related tools to surf and assess search results as part of task completion.
  • Request support from project management during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Pacific) when needed.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure requirements.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Simplified Chinese and strong understanding of English.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Simplified Chinese (China).
  • Must be physically located in the United States; hiring currently open in FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, MO, MT, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, and WI.
  • Must be dedicated only to this Search Quality Rating program and not work on other search or ads rating programs simultaneously.
  • No current or prior experience as an Ads Quality Rater (candidates with such experience are ineligible for this project).
  • Web-savvy with excellent online research skills, a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and up-to-date anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client project conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and pass required learning modules and a client-designed quality test before starting work.
  • Employment eligibility verification (I-9) and anti-fraud checks are required; apply using a Gmail address per client requirements.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours and up to 25 hours per week; start date ASAP; employment is W-2 part-time with biweekly pay.
