Description

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency across content batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with established quality standards.
  • Identify recurring machine-translation issues, including error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide clear qualitative feedback that supports final quality reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Review Portuguese (Portugal) customer service content and refine it to meet project guidelines.
  • Work on intermittent ad hoc assignments throughout the year based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Portuguese (Portugal) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in linguistic quality review, machine-translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
  • Strong familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Comfort working on an intermittent freelance basis with varying volumes and timing.
  • Experience with customer service content is relevant to this project (preferred).
