Description

  • Execute and optimize daily and advanced content curation tasks across written publications and audio content.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and content errors using internal database systems and best practices.
  • Manage escalations related to metadata issues, content integrity, and platform quality.
  • Prioritize tasks and issues quickly and efficiently to meet project throughput and coverage goals.
  • Balance workloads across a distributed team to ensure consistent throughput and coverage.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and training materials.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Adhere to project-specific quality standards as defined by client guidelines and complete assigned tasks accurately within established timelines.

Requirements

  • Ability to work from home in a secure environment.
  • Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in Spanish and English, with strong native-language skills and cultural awareness of the relevant country/region.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to navigate networks and websites using different browsers and quickly learn new tools and systems (tech-savvy).
  • Willingness to work with content that may be sensitive or offensive in nature.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, time management, prioritization, and a high sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
  • Familiarity with a Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) approach to tasks and workflows; comfortable handling repetitive tasks and supporting SOP adherence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance and prioritize workload across a distributed team.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required; Welocalize does not provide visa sponsorship, and candidate must be located near Cupertino to pick up equipment.

Benefits

  • $35 per hour hourly rate.
  • W-2 employment with eligibility for benefits based on hours worked.
  • Work-from-home (San Francisco Bay Area) with requirement to pick up company equipment in Cupertino.
  • Open-ended project duration (ongoing role).
  • Company-provided equipment (pickup required in Cupertino).
