  • Track and report supplier performance KPIs (on-time delivery, task acceptance, linguistic accuracy), flag underperformance, and escalate when thresholds are not met.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize quality frameworks and manage language assets (glossaries, style guides, translation memories).
  • Act as escalation point for missed deliverables, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and oversee Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) or CAPA actions with Language Services.
  • Ensure SLA compliance by executing regular quality measurements and Content Type Analysis to meet LQA SLAs.

  • Strong data literacy and analytics-driven problem solving for decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Deep understanding of quality principles and practices; experience with Agile or Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (multilingualism preferred); ability to present structured arguments and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects independently while maintaining accountability for quality.

Benefits

  • Remote work (role advertised as remote)
  • Full-time corporate position
  • Work with a global team across North America, Europe, and Asia serving international clients
  • Exposure to innovation in language services, including NLP/ML training-data transformation work and modern translation technologies
