Description

  • Evaluate and assess digital ads in Dutch for relevance, usefulness, and overall quality.
  • Provide detailed feedback on online ads to help train and improve AI ad-ranking and understanding.
  • Apply and interpret project-specific guidelines to resolve language-based challenges and ensure consistent ratings.
  • Collaborate with global teams to refine rating criteria and drive improvements to AI models and processes.
  • Complete tasks as part of a contributor pool on a flexible, project-based schedule.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in ratings and document decisions and edge cases.
  • Report ambiguous content or systemic issues to project leads or community support for escalation.

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch proficiency.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Residence in Spain with legal authorization to work.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work independently online.
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and learning new platforms (tech-savvy).
  • Detail-oriented and curious about technology.
  • Willingness to follow security requirements: do not use VPNs or IP-masking during recruitment (accurate regional verification is required).
  • Availability to work flexibly on project-based schedules.
  • Prior experience with annotation, rating, or localization is a plus (preferred).
