Description

  • Follow project guidelines to assess the quality of filters and options in desktop and mobile views.
  • Determine whether filters and options help customers make decisions or suggest suitable alternative products.
  • Check that filters and options match the intent of customer queries.
  • Evaluate whether the filters and options are relevant to customer preferences.
  • Review assessments for accuracy and consistency.
  • Complete tasks as assigned within the project schedule and workload needs.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Swedish.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably have prior experience or familiarity with relevance tasks and ecommerce searches/websites.
  • Have excellent online research skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Be able to conduct thorough research within time constraints and manage short throughput demands.
  • Have a reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Must complete a language assessment, training, and mandatory quality test before starting work.
