Description

  • Write and refine prompts based on instructions for tone, grammar, proper names, and measurements.
  • Add language-specific grammar and stylistic notes to improve prompt accuracy.
  • Translate and verify product-specific terms against approved glossaries.
  • Proofread bilingual example descriptions for accuracy and readability.
  • Run sample attraction descriptions through GPT-4o and evaluate the output.
  • Iterate on prompts to improve translation quality and naturalness.
  • Identify and flag issues that cannot be resolved through prompt tuning.
  • Communicate clear written guidance for consistent AI model output.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English (United States) with the ability to assess naturalness and fluency for local audiences.
  • Strong English comprehension to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Professional experience in localization, translation QA, language review, or a similar field.
  • Comfort working with AI tools, specifically GPT-4o, and critically evaluating AI output.
  • Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality content (preferred).
  • Ability to articulate grammar rules and stylistic preferences in clear written instructions (preferred).
  • Experience with terminology management or style guides to maintain consistency and quality (preferred).
  • QA or review experience with a sharp eye for errors, omissions, and register (preferred).
