Description

  • Process and generate loan contracts within required timeframes while maintaining quality.
  • Review application information and ensure customer data is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct general searches on applications and update client data as needed.
  • Verify that pre-documentation requests and required documents have been collected and filed.
  • Review payoff statements for accurate creditor details, balances, per diem, and account information.
  • Confirm that pre-selected funding dates and first payment dates comply with guidelines.
  • Validate and edit disbursements according to funding partner requirements.
  • Generate and send loan contracts, consumer disclosures, UPS return labels, and wet-ink signature document packages.
  • Manually edit loan documents based on program requirements.
  • Coordinate with the front office admin and assist the funding department with third-party inspection orders.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work from 12pm-9pm EST.
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is preferred.
  • Understanding of the finance industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a calm, confident, can-do attitude.
  • High integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle a time-sensitive queue.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask throughout the day.
