Description

  • Review search results and provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions.
  • Complete evaluation tasks in Spanish to support the client's search quality and AI data development work.
  • Use independent judgment to interpret user intent and assess search relevance.
  • Follow client instructions, project guidelines, and quality standards accurately.
  • Work on a self-directed schedule while meeting weekly hour goals.
  • Communicate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.
  • Complete required learning modules, assessments, and client testing before starting the live project.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with non-disclosure and program requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in the United States.
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification.
