Description

  • Review and rate search results using subjective and objective criteria based on project rules and conventions.
  • Complete tasks in Indonesian (Indonesia) while following client instructions and project guidelines.
  • Use online research to assess search relevance and user intent.
  • Work independently on a flexible schedule to meet weekly project goals.
  • Communicate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.
  • Pass required learning modules and a quality test before starting live work.
  • Complete onboarding steps, including identity and tax verification, before project launch.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Indonesian (Indonesia).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Indonesian (Indonesia).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not to other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only Search Quality Rater in the household.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Must apply with a Gmail address to meet client-specific requirements.
