Description

  • Review CMMI implementation materials and identify gaps in the current documentation.
  • Provide recommendations and help implement corrective actions to support the renewal process.
  • Work directly with corporate leadership to articulate issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Support the team in meeting CMMI Level 3 Services assessment requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently and proactively follow through on open items.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience implementing CMMI Level 3 Services.
  • Understanding of CMMI assessment requirements.
  • Knowledge of the differences between CMMI Model V2.0 and 3.0.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must reside in a HUBZone and be available for 100% telework.
  • W2 employment only; no 1099 or contractor agreements.
