Description

  • Perform copy-editing and on-demand translation for assigned projects and accounts.
  • Own the quality and delivery of content translated internally or by external partners into Hebrew.
  • Create, maintain, and update glossaries, style guides, work instructions, and other language resources.
  • Manage project queries and resolve terminology and language issues with team members.
  • Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and internal linguists on assigned work.
  • Test, qualify, train, and support internal linguists, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Interact with clients on linguistic matters and support efficient workflows.
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and propose improvements to working processes.
  • Meet productivity, on-time delivery, quality KPIs, and team goals.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Hebrew and fluent written and spoken English.
  • University degree in Translation, Applied Languages, Linguistic Studies, or equivalent experience; candidates with another degree need 2 years of full-time translation experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in translation or creating easy-to-read content.
  • Thorough understanding of localization processes and terminology across subject areas.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools such as XTM and SDL Studio, plus query and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Ability to quickly learn new localization tools and applications.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train others, work effectively in a virtual team, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for language and technology.
