Description

Listen to 5-second audio clips and transcribe them exactly as spoken.
Follow a documented style guide for punctuation, formatting, and audio flags.
Flag clips with background noise, cut-off speech, or unclear audio using standard codes.
Maintain an average completion time of approximately 125 seconds per task.
Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks, with possible extension.
Contribute to improving how the AI platform understands Egyptian Arabic dialects.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in Egyptian Arabic.
Strong written language skills, including awareness of punctuation and sentence structure.
Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and ability to apply structured guidelines consistently.
Ability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
Prior experience in transcription, data annotation, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Location: remote from Egypt.
Start date: ASAP.
