Description

  • Perform structured data and content review tasks for AI language projects.
  • Execute quality checks for grammar, spelling, formatting, clarity, and guideline adherence.
  • Apply basic annotation, labeling, and tagging workflows.
  • Compare data against provided guidelines and workflows.
  • Validate, categorize, and review short-form content.
  • Flag errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Complete basic transcription and content review tasks.
  • Support quality assurance efforts across language datasets.
  • Follow client instructions and project-specific workflows carefully.
  • Maintain accuracy, productivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in English with strong written communication skills.
  • Must understand this is a task-based freelance role.
  • Must be comfortable performing structured, entry-level tasks with high-volume, repetitive work.
  • Must have a reliable computer or laptop.
  • Must have a stable internet connection.
  • Must be comfortable with flexible and intermittent work availability.
  • Interest in AI, language technology, or data operations is preferred.
  • Prior experience in data entry, content review, QA, annotation, or similar work is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and workflows is preferred.
