Description

  • Lead Payments product initiatives and own the product roadmap for payments integrations.
  • Work closely with Finance teams and external vendors to improve payment success rates.
  • Develop strategies to reduce churn caused by payment failures.
  • Optimize authorization rates across payment providers.
  • Reduce payment losses related to chargebacks.
  • Build, communicate, and review product strategy with internal stakeholders to secure buy-in for fraud prevention initiatives.
  • Drive product planning and manage a well-structured product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to turn raw data into actionable product insights.
  • Define and track OKRs, goals, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Manage the backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data analysts, designers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience leading impactful product development with a proven track record.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organization and clear communication skills for keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and use metrics to guide decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity and unstructured environments.
  • Collaborative, approachable, and effective at building trust with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in Brazil; this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
  • Payments experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong data analysis experience is a plus.
