Description

  • Evolve and maintain Kubeflow, Feast, and Spark-on-Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Design internal tools, APIs, and abstractions that enable self-service platform usage.
  • Apply software engineering best practices such as CI/CD, versioning, and testing to ML workflows.
  • Drive MLOps practices and define lifecycle requirements for LLMOps.
  • Build deployment frameworks and automation for production-grade AI solutions.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Data teams to integrate ML artifacts into data catalog, privacy, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with embedded Data Science teams to translate use cases into scalable platform solutions.
  • Own and improve the developer experience for AI infrastructure as a product.
  • Support a culture of wellbeing, collaboration, and distributed team autonomy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil and able to work remotely from within the country.
  • Prior experience with Kubeflow is mandatory.
  • Strong Python experience is mandatory.
  • Deep experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability.
  • Experience with Terraform or Crossplane.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubeflow, Spark, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong software engineering foundations for building reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling abstractions.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science teams on scalable ML/AI solutions.
  • Ability to balance distributed team autonomy with global platform standards.
  • Preferred mindset of treating infrastructure as a product with a focus on developer experience.
