Description

  • Manage the end-to-end launch process for new centers, ensuring coordination, execution, and alignment with WelbeHealth's mission.
  • Serve as the primary project manager for assigned launches by maintaining issue logs, project plans, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.
  • Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new center staff.
  • Assist with center licensing activities, including outfitting new centers, preparing policy binders, and pulling staff files.
  • Continuously improve and document enterprise best practices in the new market launch playbook for future launches.
  • Support operational initiatives tied to the launch team and help drive operational excellence at new centers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple areas of the organization to support expansion efforts.
  • Lead and support healthcare operations improvement initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Direct junior team members on sub-workstreams as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be currently located and residing in or near Los Angeles, CA.
  • Must be comfortable with 20-25% travel based on project and business needs.
  • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project and process improvement experience in the healthcare industry.
  • PACE experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting with the ability to independently manage full-scope healthcare operations initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or related process improvement methodologies is highly desired.
  • Experience leading teams with direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, training, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Microsoft Office competency.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records platforms.
  • Outstanding critical thinking, analytical thinking, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
