Description

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable frontend systems with a focus on maintainability and performance.
  • Build and deliver high-quality user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS with strong attention to UX and accessibility.
  • Own end-to-end execution of frontend initiatives, defining milestones and delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape technical solutions and product direction.
  • Define and promote best practices across coding standards, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on evolving requirements, bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to elevate team-wide engineering quality.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving observability, rollout safety, system reliability, and incident response processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues and proactively improve systems to reduce operational overhead.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
  • Deep expertise in frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and DOM rendering.
  • Proven experience architecting frontend systems with emphasis on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Working knowledge of backend development (e.g., Node.js or Python) with strong engineering fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, testing strategies, and production-quality code practices.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in high-scale environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and interest in modern technologies, including AI-powered applications.
  • Experience building highly interactive or performance-sensitive interfaces (preferred).

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: INR 4,000,000–7,000,000 (INR 40–70 LPA).
  • Remote role (India-based).
