Description

  • Own and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other major social platforms.
  • Define weekly content themes, formats, and creator briefs to guide production.
  • Review, approve, and optimize content before publishing.
  • Align content with academic and cultural moments such as intakes, exams, festivals, and deadlines.
  • Repurpose SEO content into engaging social media formats.
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, identity, and brand guidelines.
  • Position the brand as a native, student-first platform aligned with UK culture.
  • Manage content creators, video editors, freelancers, and marketing support staff.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows with SEO and marketing teams.
  • Oversee community engagement channels and drive organic growth through collaborations, comments, and trends.
  • Monitor performance using platform analytics tools and prepare weekly insights and reports.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or growth marketing.
  • Experience working with international student audiences; UK, US, or Australia markets preferred.
  • Proven success in growing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video content and engagement mechanics.
  • Experience managing creators, freelancers, or ambassador programs.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a natural, conversational tone.
  • Highly self-driven with the ability to operate independently.
  • Personal experience studying abroad, preferably in the UK, is a plus.
  • Experience with student ambassador or campus programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content-led growth strategies is a plus.
  • Exposure to YouTube and Snapchat content strategies is preferred.
