Description

  • Evaluate visual and product-design materials against professional standards and aesthetic quality.
  • Assess visual presentation, layout, composition, usability, and overall design quality.
  • Review graphics, documents, presentations, digital interfaces, and other design artifacts.
  • Make and explain informed decisions about design preferences and quality.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply professional design principles consistently across formats and tasks.
  • Use design and productivity tools to review, compare, and assess materials.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback based on professional experience and visual judgment.

Requirements

  • Professional experience requiring strong visual quality, design judgment, and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating or evaluating graphics, presentations, documents, layouts, or other visual materials.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design software.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, and presentation quality.
  • Ability to distinguish polished professional design from work requiring refinement.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent, well-reasoned decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Comfort using Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PDFs, and common productivity platforms.
  • Availability for at least 15 hours per week; applicants must be located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $80–$180 per hour.
  • Fully remote work with an agreed schedule.
