Description

  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis to identify user needs and friction.
  • Translate research and product requirements into personas, journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design recommendations.
  • Design responsive web and mobile interfaces, including onboarding, navigation, dashboards, workflows, and conversion paths.
  • Build and maintain reusable components, scalable design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
  • Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility practices, including contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and responsive behavior.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Prepare developer-ready specifications, assets, and documentation using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision.
  • Review implemented features for design accuracy, usability, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, critiques, Agile ceremonies, and iterative product improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile products.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, interaction design, usability, and responsive design.
  • Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and design systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and UI execution.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders and explain design decisions.
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. client business hours.
  • Experience with SaaS products, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, frontend concepts, Hotjar, FullStory, user research, A/B testing, conversion optimization, scalable design systems, or Agile environments (preferred).
