Description

  • Own a portfolio of companies end to end and drive hiring outcomes for each account.
  • Source and evaluate candidates on the platform for a wide range of open roles.
  • Manage company relationships and become a trusted partner on hiring needs.
  • Prioritize accounts by impact, deciding where to invest time and when to deprioritize or turn around slow-moving accounts.
  • Collaborate with Ops teams effectively to support execution and improve outcomes.
  • Build judgment and a mental model for identifying strong candidate-role fits.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by converting portfolio accounts into steady hiring activity.
  • Handle difficult conversations with companies, candidates, and colleagues as needed.
  • Develop account management expertise beyond sourcing and understand customer needs in the broader tech/startup ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong ownership and judgment with a focus on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, including knowing when to double down, deprioritize, or turn around an account.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, especially in high-stakes or difficult conversations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and build independent mental models without relying on a fixed playbook.
  • Comfort working with data and metrics and leveraging operations teams effectively.
  • Genuine interest in the tech/startup ecosystem and what makes great hires.
  • Experience with account management, sourcing, or recruiting is implied by the role scope.
  • Willingness to work as a full-time remote team member.
  • Ability to build confidence across a variety of roles, including Engineering and Sales.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with the wider tech/startup landscape and hiring dynamics.
