Description

  • Define and execute a holistic organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, GEO, and extension platforms.
  • Set, track, and report on quarterly and annual OKRs tied to impressions, clicks, MAU, installs, and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the organic growth team while fostering experimentation and accountability.
  • Own and prioritize the organic growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Brand, and Marketing to integrate organic growth into product launches and content strategy.
  • Use user intent, search trends, and competitive insights to influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Own end-to-end SEO performance across web properties, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives such as crawlability, indexation, site performance, and structured data.
  • Oversee keyword research, content optimization, content gap analysis, link building, and digital PR.
  • Develop and optimize strategies for app store visibility, browser extension marketplaces, and AI-driven search experiences.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SEO and/or organic growth, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success driving organic growth for high-traffic platforms and consumer applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to rank for competitive keywords and scale organic visibility from zero.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO for iOS and/or Android apps.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search and emerging GEO practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and ASO platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or consumer tech environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to multi-regional and multilingual SEO/ASO strategies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and knowledge graph optimization is preferred.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO and large-scale content generation is preferred.
  • Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) is preferred.
  • Experience optimizing browser extension listings is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team is preferred.
