Description

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs across Europe.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for Europe-based roles.
  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Share shortlisted candidates with relevant notes and recommendations for hiring stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
  • Support market mapping and provide talent insights across key European markets.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment updates and candidate tracking and represent the company professionally in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to Europe-based hiring.
  • Experience working in-house or in close partnership with internal TA/People teams.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of the European talent market.
  • Organized, responsive, and delivery-focused approach.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Availability to work part-time or on a freelance/contract basis depending on profile and availability.
