Description

Develop and maintain organization-wide KPIs across departments with accuracy and consistency.
Prepare weekly business reviews and monthly business reports for leadership.
Partner with department heads to define, refine, and track performance metrics and dashboards.
Build and automate data pipelines using SQL, Excel, and Python.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
Ensure operational performance aligns with business goals and strategic priorities.
Support special analytical projects and leadership-requested deep dives.

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong command of SQL, and working knowledge of Python.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data trends to business realities.
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills.
Strong ownership, structure, and attention to detail.
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
