Description

  • Set appointments by making outbound calls and handling inbound appointment requests.
  • Speak with pre-qualified prospects who have registered for workshops and requested a Passive Income Game Plan Session.
  • Ask probing questions to understand each prospect’s financial, emotional, and mental situation.
  • Qualify whether the Infinite Banking Concept and the company’s approach are the right fit for each person.
  • Guide qualified prospects to the next step by handing them off appropriately.
  • Maintain full ownership of your pipeline and follow up consistently without reminders.
  • Keep CRM notes, statuses, and follow-up information updated in real time.
  • Represent a premium brand with professionalism on every call.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of closing experience in a high-ticket, phone- or Zoom-based sales environment.
  • A proven sales track record with strong numbers, including a 25%+ close rate after probation.
  • Ability to work independently and own your full pipeline.
  • High-tempo work style with the ability to show up sharp every day.
  • Belief in building wealth outside the traditional financial system and alignment with the company’s worldview.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read people without relying on scripts.
  • Coachable mindset with strong opinions that can be adjusted based on feedback.
  • Stable remote setup with high-speed internet, a quiet environment, and a quality camera and microphone.
  • CRM discipline with same-day note logging and real-time status updates.
  • Bonus consideration for candidates who own a whole life policy, have read 'Becoming Your Own Banker,' or have experience in real estate investing or passive income.
