Description

  • Create the future-state technology footprint, solution roadmap, and phased implementation plan for Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Set up and support SAP MM, PP, and EAM/PM processes, including MRP, production orders, demand management, procurement, inventory management, and maintenance workflows.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA and related boundary systems.
  • Lead functional activities such as process definition and re-engineering, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, process flow diagrams, user stories, and test cases.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver products and features, including process and change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in two of the following SAP modules: Order to Cash, Supply Planning, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Full-cycle implementation experience in relevant SAP modules.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing impactful cross-functional programs in a complex organizational environment.
  • MBA preferred.
  • APICS certification preferred.
  • SAP certification preferred.

  • Competitive base salary range of $158,000 to $200,000 USD.
