Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the strategic use of ServiceNow across current programs and prospective customers.
  • Advise on ServiceNow solution design to ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Support ServiceNow proposals and project work from a technical and architectural perspective.
  • Provide expertise on the ServiceNow Privacy Case Management module.
  • Work on enterprise service management solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow implementations delivered using agile methodologies.
  • Communicate recommendations and architecture guidance clearly in written and verbal formats.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification.
  • Expertise with the ServiceNow Privacy Case Management module.
  • 7+ years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow solution design.
  • Strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects.
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
  • ITIL certification and best-practices experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
