Description

Own planning and execution of complex technical programs from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, product, UX design, and cybersecurity to define requirements, scope, and priorities.
Develop and own program communications, including status reporting, risk escalation, and stakeholder updates.
Lead annual and quarterly OKR planning processes and help teams stay aligned to measurable goals.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements, including automation of manual work.
Track technical issues and drive teams to stay on plan and within budget.
Translate complex technical issues for leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to understand the software development lifecycle deeply and communicate effectively with engineers.
Experience assisting with operational excellence or incident management for high-traffic software applications.
Highly organized project management approach with experience building organizational systems and measuring success with metrics/KPIs.
Ability to identify technical and non-technical risks early and create strategic roadmaps.
Genuine interest in music and innovation in the industry.
1–3 years of experience in technical project or program management, or equivalent software engineering experience, or a highly technical internship at a reputable tech company (preferred).
Exposure to infrastructure, platform systems, and migration or deprecation of distributed systems (preferred).
Experience shipping consumer-facing software at scale (preferred).
Experience with Jira and Airtable or similar issue/work management tools (preferred).
Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive manual processes (preferred).
