Description

Architect and deploy agentic AI workflows to automate functions such as artist reporting and legal summarization.
Explore and implement generative media tools and AI-native development tools to improve internal productivity.
Collaborate with technical leads, product management, and engineers to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Design and optimize complex Airtable and AppSheet schemas for large, relational datasets.
Execute high-stakes data migrations from third-party tools to centrally managed platforms.
Build multi-platform automations using Airtable and other low-code tools.
Contribute to root cause analysis during service outages and help improve system reliability.
Lead internal learning and enablement programs for new productivity tools.
Support technical discussions and help drive architectural alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar workflow automation role.
Proven experience with Airtable or a similar database tool, including schemas, automations, UI, and integrations.
Experience trying AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
Experience with generative AI platforms such as Gemini, OpenAI, or Luma, with some prior app, solution, or automation building.
Strong problem-solving skills for modeling complex technical challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle technical discussions and differing viewpoints professionally to reach the best outcome.
Strong sense of ownership, innovation, and commitment to high-quality results.
Proven track record of self-teaching new technologies and curiosity about AI and workflow modernization.
Knowledge of the music industry metadata lifecycle, including DDEX, UPC, and ISRC, is a major plus.
Proficiency in JavaScript is required; Python experience for automation and data handling is a major plus.
Experience with the Adobe ecosystem and broader productivity technologies is preferred.

Benefits

Base salary of CAD $67,500 - $115,000 depending on level.
Eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
