Description

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver business value quickly through internal tools and pipelines.
  • Develop and enhance data products that centralize new data sources for analytics, data science, and machine learning use.
  • Build backend and frontend functionality for new and existing products using Python and React.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines that support marketing automation and enablement initiatives.
  • Integrate and extend AI and machine learning tools within internal marketing systems.
  • Contribute to projects ranging from early prototypes to fully supported production products.
  • Support data engineering efforts for analytical use across software engineering teams.
  • Help solve complex marketing problems through AI/ML-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with React.
  • Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
  • Exposure to marketing teams is ideal.
  • A strong focus on customer impact and a bias to action.
  • Passion for learning and openness to feedback.
  • Motivation to work in music and contribute to artist growth and earnings.

Benefits

  • Base salary of CAD $115,000 to $165,000.
  • Eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus.
